Every cash offer we provide by phone, text, email, or this website is a preliminary offer based on the information you provide about the vehicle — year, make, model, mileage, mechanical condition, body condition, title status, catalytic converter, and location. We honor the quoted price on arrival when the vehicle matches what was described.

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer on physical inspection if the vehicle differs materially from the description (for example: missing major components not previously disclosed, frame damage not previously disclosed, missing or aftermarket catalytic converter when an original was described, or any item that materially affects parts or scrap value). If we adjust the offer, you may decline and we will leave the vehicle in place at no cost to you.

By accepting our offer and surrendering the vehicle, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the vehicle or are legally authorized to sell it (executor, attorney-in-fact, lienholder release, etc.).
• The vehicle is free of undisclosed liens, security interests, or court orders.
• The vehicle is not stolen, impounded by a government agency, or subject to a pending insurance claim you have not disclosed.
• You will surrender a valid NC title, NC duplicate title, salvage title, or — where law allows — equivalent paperwork (registration plus government ID) sufficient to transfer ownership.
• You will remove the license plate before pickup and remove all personal belongings; once the vehicle is loaded and paid for, it becomes our property and any items left inside cannot be guaranteed retrievable.

If any of these representations turns out to be false, you agree to indemnify Express Cash For Junk Cars Charlotte for any resulting fines, storage fees, towing fees, title-correction costs, or legal expenses.

Unless a different payment method is expressly agreed in writing, payment is made in cash at the moment the vehicle is loaded onto the tow truck. We do not pay by check, ACH, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or other electronic methods at pickup. We do not pay before pickup and we do not pay before the title (or alternate paperwork) is signed over to us.

You are responsible for any state, federal, or local tax obligations resulting from the sale of the vehicle.Express Cash For Junk Cars Charlotte does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the driver arrives at no cost. If the driver arrives at the agreed address and the vehicle is not available, not accessible (locked gate, no keys to a parking garage, blocked-in by other vehicles you cannot move, etc.), or has been materially misrepresented, we may charge a reasonable trip fee or simply decline the purchase and depart.

Free flatbed or wheel-lift towing is included with every accepted offer within our standard Charlotte-metro service area. Pickups requiring specialized equipment (winch-outs from ravines, dismantling fence panels, removal from inside a structure, salvage-yard recovery, etc.) may require a separate quote.

You agree not to (a) attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access; (b) submit false or automated quote requests; (c) scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this site without written permission; or (d) use this site or our communications to harass any person.

All content on this site, including text, photos, pricing data, FAQs, and comparison content, is owned by Express Cash For Junk Cars Charlotteor used with permission. Brand names and trademarks referenced (vehicle makes, competitor buyers, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

By submitting a quote form or otherwise providing your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone or text regarding your vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, a quote, or a vehicle sale will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
